RENATE FRENZEL
Renate Grotle Frenzel (born 1974, Kristiansand) is a Norwegian painter and artist.
Her artwork is referencing ideas and hopes of the Perfect. Through a process these notions are changed. Certain properties are selected, stripped down and isolated from the predictability in which they usually operates.
These paintings work as abstactions of the devious, the vague and flirtatious, the known, what is nice, juxtaposed against anxiety ridden tragicomedy.
